Welcome to the seitan is my motor blog!

I live in Dresden, Germany. This blog is about the meals I cook and cakes or cookies I bake. Although I am German, most of the time this blog is not about sauerkraut and it’s never about sausages (unless they are vegan). It’s about delicious and colourful food, sometimes influenced by German cusine. Although the name suggests it, I do most of my cooking without seitan. All the food I cook, bake, and eat is vegan. Vegan food is delicious, easy to make, full of variety, and, most importantly, free of any animal products. Yes, you can thrive on a vegan diet and it’s neither unhealthy nor boring to cook, eat, and live vegan. If you haven’t yet, you should try it.
